Delete your account.
You can ask us to delete your account on any Encrypse product, along with the personal data we hold for it. Choose the product, tell us the email you signed up with, and we'll take it from there.
What happens next

We confirm it's you
We email the address on the account to check the request came from you. Nothing is deleted until you reply.
- 02
We delete your account
Once confirmed, we close the account and erase your personal data from the product, usually within 30 days.
- 03
We let you know
You'll get a final email when it's done. After that, the account can't be restored.
What we may keep
Some records, such as invoices, payment history or anything we're required to hold by law, may be kept for a limited time after your account is deleted. They're no longer linked to an active account. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
